Generally the products you use for acne will only prevent the pores from getting inflamed and red, and wont get rid of black heads, but try the following technique:
Gently wash your face to get rid of excess oil and grime. Take two cotton buds and use the soft edges to gently squeeze out the black heads. As soon as your done, wash your face immediately and apply the anti acne product to prevent the now open pores from getting infected.
It would be good to try an exfoliating facial scrub or a facial mask once a week to help prevent further blackheads, and remember always squeeze or extract them using cotton buds, not your fingers.

I agree with this. A combination treatment of doxycycline and a retinoid prep tazorac (tazarotene)at night and a clindamycin/benzo prep cream in the morning like worked wonders for me..you guys should really see your dermatologist esp if you have cystic acne. the patients in the video are bad examples..
