Is it safe to use facial products on your face after acne/blackhead removal?

I just came back from the esthetician yesterday...well, more like a sadistic doctor who pops pimples and removes blackheads "professionally". My face is swollen and bleeding and after the blackheads were removed, I noticed that the pores are beginning to clog up again. Is it safe to use a pore cleansing mask, toner, and cleanser on my face?
