I have had bad acne for many many years and trust me it was a real pain for me…i hated it terribly!

I vouch for all of this. I started doing affirmations (As per the movie “You Can Heal Your Life”, based off of the book by Louise M. Haye), I started eating much less meat, I haven’t eaten bread for many weeks, I drink at least 2 (sometimes 3-4) litres of water today (though I’ve already been drinking adequate amounts of water for some time now..), deep breathing, meditating, positive thinking, I use an all natural/organic skin routine, as well as eating many fruits. Nah, i've been shaving them daily for like 10 years now and nothings happened to my legs- you just have to keep them moisturized. The myth about the darker/thicker is because when your hair starts growing like when you are little, it is very fine hair and blonde, but your leg hairs still grow at the same thickness consistently. When you shave for the first time you are shaving off that fine hair, so the hair that grows out looks thicker since you shaved off teh fine baby hair, but its actually the same hair you have been growing the whole time, you just didnt notice it. So once you shave once, you have that issue, but its not any thicker than it would be if you didnt shave at all.
