I have had terrible acne and I hadn't realized it then but all of my pimple and zit picking has resulted in many scars, so I was wondering what product is most effective in a short amount of time. Thanks soooo much in advance. Please help!

Go to a beauty shop and get AMBI or PALMER’S cream it’s meant to lighten scarring from acne or age spots…I had acne scars on my chin and I purchased PALMER’S and it faded the acne spots within a few days, but you have to be consistent in putting it on twice a day.

When getting a brush you have to consider,
1: Fiber, natural bristles like sable or badger are good for watercolors, while nylon is good for acrylics and oils. (Chinese bamboo brushes are cheao abd good for chinese calligaphy and watercolors)
2: Shape, certain shapes give certain affects.
3: Size of the brush head, may want to use smaller brush heads for fine details, while using larger ones for large areas.
4: Handle length: is usually a preference. I prefer the long as it balances better in my hand. Other people prefer the short handle and feel they have more control over the brush.
5: type of medium you will be using (watercolor, acrylic, or oils).
6: The Surface you wish to paint on be it watercolor paper, board, or canvas.
Most brushes come in different sizes and shapes:
Round: comes to a point and is good for details
Flat: rectangular shaped with straight flat ended bristles used for even strokes and washes. Usually used for large areas of color.
Brights: are short flat bristles and like the flat in shape and allows more control.
Filberts: have long and short bristles resembling the flat except that it has a rounded ends but does not come to a point.
Fan: the bristles are fanned out and are used for special effects.
Rigger or liner – is ong, thin, with sof britles shaped to a sharp point used for making fine lines.
Mop – full bodied brushes that delver a lot of liquid for large areas.
Bamboo – flat and mop like, are soft and absorbent natural hair used for washes, glazes, etc.
you must clean your brushes after each use. Brushes are expensive and a little maintenance will save your favorite brushes.
If you use watercolors or acrylics, wash with a mild soap or painters soap. do not scrub but work in a lather and rinse.
If you use Oils clean with terpintine first.
Remember to return the point to its original shape and dry the brushes with bristle side up. Placing the bristle side down will only ruin your brushes.

Home remedies and store-bought products don't work, and exterminators are not necessary for fleas in this day and age.
Go and get some proper products from a vets. I could've told you before reading this question that stuff from stores doesn't work – they're not licensed to sell the proper chemicals, so they can't be expected to work.
Indorex, Staykil and Acclaim are products I can vouch for – also Skoosh, a brand new spray. Prices vary quite a lot, the first three may be around $20?? (very rough guess) – you can spray the whole house with these cans.
Goes without saying you also need to treat any animals you have – again, get something from a vets: Frontline is recommended.

EDIT: And you're right, a house being clean or dirty has nothing to to with whether there are fleas around or not. Fleas don't feed on dirt, they don't need it to survive – pristine houses can have fleas too!
